She was in the episode Winning is for Losers during the 3rd season.
I almost didn't recognize her myself. Of course, she was much younger. She played a professional golfer.

I thought the one that Sammy Davis Jr. was in was an an excellent one. He played himself, and then a look-alike of himself who thought that he looked nothing like Sammy. He decided that he was better looking and taller than Sammy, and he didn't want anything to do with the look-alike contest. There was a plot to kidnap Sammy, but this other guy got kidnapped instead. In this episode, Sammy couldn't get over the fact that three beautiful women were the detectives hired to protect him, and he loved every minute of it. A very cool episode! 8)
